Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website www.brightsignmedia.com ("Website") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Bright Sign Media ("BSM", "Company", "we", "us"), a business operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Bright Sign Media provides signage, advertising, and related services including but not limited to: • 3D Letters and custom signage fabrication • LED Display Panels (indoor and outdoor) • Internal and wayfinding signs • Prints and graphics production • Hoarding, unipole, and outdoor advertising • Exhibition stands and event branding • CNC cutting and architectural designs • Digital marketing services The scope, specifications, pricing, and timeline for each project shall be agreed upon in a separate written quotation or service agreement.

3.1 All quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. 3.2 An order is only confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance and the agreed deposit payment. 3.3 Any changes to confirmed orders must be submitted in writing and may result in revised pricing and timelines. 3.4 BSM reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

4.1 Payment schedules will be specified in each project quotation. Standard terms are: • 50% advance payment upon order confirmation • 50% balance payment prior to delivery or installation 4.2 Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or other methods agreed in writing. 4.3 Any outstanding balance must be settled before project handover or installation. 4.4 Late payments may incur charges as permitted under UAE Commercial Law. 4.5 All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the applicable rate will be added to all invoices.

5.1 Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 5.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible, safe, and prepared as required. 5.3 BSM shall not be liable for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide necessary access, permissions, or approvals. 5.4 Risk in the goods passes to the Client upon delivery or installation. 5.5 Installation services are subject to relevant UAE authority approvals and permits where required. The Client is responsible for obtaining such permits unless agreed otherwise.

The Client agrees to: • Provide accurate and complete information, artwork, and specifications • Ensure that all content, logos, and designs provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights • Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and consents for signage installation • Provide safe and adequate access to installation sites • Review and approve proofs or samples in a timely manner • Notify BSM of any defects or issues within 7 days of delivery

7.1 All original designs, artwork, and creative work produced by BSM remain the intellectual property of Bright Sign Media until full payment is received. 7.2 Upon receipt of full payment, BSM grants the Client a non-exclusive licence to use the completed work for the agreed purpose. 7.3 The Client warrants that any materials, logos, or artwork provided to BSM do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. 7.4 BSM reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client objects in writing.

8.1 BSM warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using quality materials. 8.2 Standard product warranty periods: • 3D LED signage: 1 year on electrical components • Printed materials: 1 year against fading (external use) • LED displays: 1 year manufacturer warranty • Structural installations: 1 year against structural defects 8.3 Warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, vandalism, accidents, or modifications by third parties. 8.4 Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

9.1 BSM's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. 9.2 BSM shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity • Losses caused by the Client's own failure to comply with these Terms • Force majeure events (acts of God, government actions, pandemics, etc.) 9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.1 The Client may cancel a confirmed order in writing, subject to the following: • Cancellation before production begins: Deposit retained • Cancellation after production begins: Full project cost may be charged • Cancellation after delivery: No refund 10.2 BSM reserves the right to cancel a project if the Client fails to provide required materials, payments, or approvals within reasonable timeframes.

By using our website, you agree to: • Use the website only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website • Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission • Not use automated tools to scrape or extract website data BSM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website without notice.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. 13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. 13.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to the Dubai Courts for final resolution. 13.4 Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

BSM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
